Who We Are
CW Wilson, our founder, began his valuation career in the late 1970s and moved his work exclusively to the valuation profession in 1986. Wilson Appraisal Group has developed into a full-service valuation company that specializes in Litigation Support, Ad Valorem Tax Appeal proceedings, and unique valuation problems.
We also provide mortgage loan appraisals for both residential and commercial/industrial properties as well as bank compliance review and regulation consulting for our commercial lending partners.

History
CW Wilson, our founder, began his valuation career in the late 1970s and moved his work exclusively to the valuation profession in 1986. Wilson Appraisal Group has developed into a full-service valuation company that specializes in Litigation Support, Ad Valorem Tax Appeal proceedings, and unique valuation problems.
Looking to the future, Mr. Wilson began to restructure his practice in preparation for (eventual) retirement. 2021 brought the official close of Wilson Educational Group although he continues to teach real estate sales continuing education throughout Ky for various boards of Realtors. He also continues to offer ‘in-house’ training for lenders..
Wilson Appraisal Group moved into a new location at 995 North College, in Harrodsburg in 2022.
